Dalam simulasi ini, kita dapat melihat bagaimana asam menghasilkan ion hidrogen (H\u207a) dan basa menghasilkan ion hidroksida (OH\u207b) dalam larutan. Semakin banyak ion H\u207a dalam larutan, maka larutan semakin bersifat asam, sedangkan semakin banyak ion OH\u207b maka larutan semakin bersifat basa. Simulasi ini juga memperlihatkan hubungan antara kekuatan asam\/basa dengan pH larutan. Asam kuat menghasilkan lebih banyak ion H\u207a dibanding asam lemah, begitu juga basa kuat menghasilkan lebih banyak OH\u207b dibanding basa lemah. Perubahan pH dapat diamati secara visual melalui skala warna dan jumlah partikel dalam larutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klik tombol <strong>\u201cPlay\u201d<\/strong> untuk memulai simulasi.
